Unlimited vs the daily game

The daily Size It Up is one fixed set of five that everyone plays, so it counts toward your streak and history. Size It Up Unlimited is the practice field: every set is freshly shuffled, nothing is spent, and you can replay until your eye for scale is sharp. Your best Unlimited score is kept on this device.

Duel a friend

Finished a set? Tap Challenge a friend. They'll get a link to the exact same five shapes with your star count to beat — no accounts needed on either side.

Build your mental yardsticks

The fastest way to improve is to memorise a handful of anchors and measure everything else against them: an adult is about 1.75 m, a double-decker bus 4.4 m tall, a school bus 12 m long, the Eiffel Tower 330 m. After that, most questions become "how many of those would fit?"

Accuracy and stars

Every round gives you an accuracy score: the smaller of your size and the real size, divided by the larger. Guess 40 m for something 50 m long and you're 80% accurate; guess 100 m and you're 50% accurate — overshooting and undershooting by the same factor count the same.

Five rounds make a game, so a flawless day is 15 stars. Your average accuracy is shown too, for bragging rights.

How Size It Up works

  1. Look. The solid blue shape is your yardstick — drawn at true scale, with its real size marked.
  2. Stretch. Drag across the board (or pinch, slide, use ← →) to resize the dashed white outline until it feels right.
  3. Measure! The real size snaps in as a yellow outline. Your accuracy earns up to ★★★.

Five shapes a day, the same for everyone. Can you get all 15 stars?
